Nutty

The flavor was very good, nutty and buttery! Something that called my attention is that it was not creamy, it looked like small pieces of curd, is that normal?

The other flavors I got were also very good!

It's the only one I buy.

I'm a restaurant manager and this has been a consistently great product. Ordering and shipping are fast and convenient. Personally, I have some, and really enjoy, the flavored ghee's at home.
